WELCOME! To JR's Gym and Mountain Bike Track. At JR's we want to give you a great start and get you to your fitness or sporting goal, whatever it may be. It may be Learning to ride a Mountain Bike, Weight Loss, Fitness for Health, Weight and Muscle Gain, or development of strength, stamina and endurance for sport. We are passionate about Mountain BIking. It's loads of fun and it's a great way to get fit and stay that way. Why not give it a go as part of your training, with a 7.8km track that can be ridden by beginners and still test experts, it's an ideal opportunity. We offer Mad Skills and new rider training. Join The Riders Mountain Bike Club and ride the track for free as well as reaping all the advantages of being an MTBA member! |
